Apple stopped updating SystemCACertificates a long time ago, and I don't think there's a way to edit it, or their root certs (why do i want to trust weird CAs from Turkey, China, Sweden, etc?) On my Mac, I've added the various DoD intermediate CA certs to my Login keychain, but there's got to be a better way to edit what's trusted systemwide. So far, I have one indication that a problem user, in the Adobe preferences, sees their cert as 'val id', but not as part of a chain with the intermediate and root CA certs. Someone I know found a fix by playing with his PKCS11 module, but since PKard doesn't provide one, that doesn't help me. This seems to be a pretty widespread issue.
